HR Business Development Manager Glasgow/Edinburgh

(Earnings potential up to £55k)

Location: Glasgow/Edinburgh

You will have a proven track record of developing new business and will challenge the status quo. In addition to developing new business, you will provide business-focused support and deliver subject matter expertise to clients in the M8/M9 corridor.

Tenacious and highly motivated with the ability to liaise and influence at every level, you will proactively exploit business intelligence and pursue potential business development opportunities within your location.

You must be MCIPD qualified and have 5 to 10 years experience in a variety of organisations - private and/or public sector. We embrace diversity of thought, style and working arrangements to ensure our workforce is representative of the community that we serve.

You will be expected to combine working onsite with clients, with office-based working. You must be willing to travel to clients and therefore it would be advantageous to have access to a car.
