What are the limits of compensation etc for Employment Tribunals and on what basis are they calculated?
The annual up-rating of compensation limits for Tribunal claims are reviewed each February. They are currently sitting at;
- The limit on a week's pay, which applies to the calculation of among other things; statutory redundancy entitlement and basic award for unfair dismissal is £350
- The maximum compensatory award for unfair dismissal is £66,200
